SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 3-5 business days. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If there's a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible for Replacement
Our products are uniquely designed and made for you. In the event that you're not satisfied with your order, please contact the Company within 30 days so that we can assist you. Items delivered damaged or have a manufacturing error are eligible for a free replacement. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged items before submitting your claim.
Not Eligible for Replacement
Items are not supported, if it's the wrong size, color, or you simply don't like the product. Off the Canvas Collection, The Feather's Touch, LLC and Sherita Sparrow will not be held responsible and unfortunately, will not be able to replace the item. You are responsible for the details of your order.
